Brother Usman Abbas Sarwan, age 13 years is Suffering from Hypospadias[Birth defect] and is currently taking the treatment in Kulkarni Endo Surgery Institute,Pune.He needs to undergo surgery as soon as possible. The total estimate given by hospital is around 2.5 Lacs. Kid has already gone thru one surgery in KLE Hospital,Belgaum.which was failed. Family has spent all of there savings and taken help from friends and relatives.Total collected amount is 1Lac so far and they are short of 1.5 Lac now to proceed with the operation. They cannot fulfil the entire cost of treatment and need our help further.Requesting all brothers and sisters to come forward and generously extend help to Brother Usman!

Family Background:

Brother Usman is school going kid and suffering from the disease since birth, He has already undergone thru one surgery in Belgaum district and operation was failed.Father Abbas works as Hafiz in Madina Masjid,Kagwad. with monthly salary of 7K.He has Wife and two other kids along with Usman to look after. They have already utilized all of there savings and taken help from friends and relatives.The family is poor and cannot afford the further cost of the treatment.

Brother Moinuddin Ruknuddin Sayyed, age 43 years is suffering from Buccal Mucosa Cancer since last few months. He has been suggested to undergo the chemotherapy sessions and surgery in coming months.He is currently taking the treatment in Birajdar Hospital,Solapur.The estimated cost of treatment is approx 3 Lac rupees including chemo and surgery.The family is not in the position to fulfil the complete cost of the treatment.
