Help needed : March Cases

Case 1:

Brother Mehbub Mulla, Age 38, is suffering from last 1.5 years with severe osteoarthritis (http://www.arthritis.org/arthritis-facts/disease-center/osteoarthritis.php) on both hip joints. He will require total hip replacement surgery on his both hip joints. 

He has took estimate from couple of hospitals for surgery which is varying from INR 2,80,000 to INR 3,68,000 for implant.

We have discussed this case at nearest Govt. Hospital (YCM, Pimpri, Pune) & convinced them for free surgery. But have asked us to purchase required implant parts. There are two types of implant parts i.e. Ceramic on ceramic & ceramic on Poly. We have enquired at couple of stores which is costing ~ INR 90,000 x 2 = INR 1,80,000. As of now patient have INR 30,000 with them.

Before this illness brother Mehbub was a auto-rickshaw driver. He is living with his family at Kasarwadi since last ~10 years. He have three daughters, all are school going. As he even can't walk properly from last 1.5 years, all income sources are closed. All relatives are also not financially strong & are daily wages earners. Though relatives are helping him with every possible way for ration, it is getting difficult for him to feed his family & accomplish other needs of family.

She have two son. Elder one, Imran, Age25, is Auto-rickshaw driver & younger one, Mohsin, Age 20, not earning as such as he have eye sight problem. For initial investigation & treatment they have spent their amount. Along with that their relatives/family friends also helped them for clearing pending hospital bills & first cycle of Chemotherapy.
