Baby Afif Parwez Qureshi, 5 months old suffering from "Tetralogy of Fallot With Pulmonary Atresia" since birth and needs to undergo the surgery of Rastellis repair[valve repair] as soon as possible. Initially 2 months back he was taken to private hospital but the expenditure told was 12Lacs for the treatment,Family is from lower middle class background and couldn't afford that so they moved to Command Hospital,Pune.Here the treatment cost is free while medicines and other expenses needs to be taken care which is estimated as 2.3Lacs.Family has arranged 1 Lac so far with the help of their friends and relatives and one of our other charity group.
