Case 1:

Baby Sara Shaikh, Age 1.5 year old, daughter of brother Sufiyan is suffering from Bilateral profound Sensori-Neural hearing loss since birth. Though she is using hearing aids in both ears , it is not effective as expected. She is currently taking treatment at KEM Hospital, Mumbai. 

As current hearing aids are not effective, KEM doctors have suggested Cochlear implant for Sara. This implant will improve her hearing & speech ability if it is done before 3 yrs of her age , in sha Allah.Brother Sufiyan, father of patient runs a rented chicken shop at Badlapur. 

Estimate for this implant is INR 5,38,000. KEM social worker team have planned to share this case with different Trusts & Govt funds & expecting around INR 2,00,000. We are targeting to raise INR 3,00,000 for this case. May Allah(SWT) make it easy.

Case 2:

Mast. Rehan Pathan, Age 6yr, son of Husain Pathan is suffering from Heart Disease & diagnosed to have Tertalogy of Fallot's (TOF) . He need to undergo surgery for Intra cardiac Repair (ICR). He is currently taking treatment at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune Under Dr. Ranjit Jagtap.

Rehan was born as blue baby & operated 2 years back at Jehangir hospital under Dr Ranjit Jagtap. But still he is suffering with heart problem. Unfortunately due to lack of funds he was sent back from hospital couple of times in last one month. Total estimate for this surgery is INR 3,00,000 out for that patient have collected INR 50,000 through different sources. Help application is sent to different Trusts as well & we are expecting around INR 1,50,000 from them. We are targeting INR 1,00,000 fro this case.We have got tentative date as 4th december from hospital for surgery.

Brother Anwar Shaikh,age 45 years suffering from CRF[Chronic Renal Failure] from last eight months and both of his kidneys have failed.He was admitted in D.Y Patil hospital – Pimpri,Pune in March 2014 for serious illness due to kidney failure. Since then he has been undergoing dialysis twice a week from last 8 months. Lately he was admitted in Jehangir hospital,Pune due to illness and undergoing dialysis. Doctor have advised to undergo kidney transplant and the estimated cost for the same is Rs. 7,50,000/- All their savings and help from friends & relatives have been used for doing dialysis. He is now in immediate need of help.

Anwar Shaikh is an autorichshaw driver and comes from a poor background. He has wife and a two year old daughter to support. So far Anwar Shaikh has managed funds around 2 lacs by selling his autorickshaw and support from relatives and friends. He has to undergo kidney transplant and needs our help and support. Sister Muskan Sameer Sharif, age 15 years old suffering from Growth hormone since past few years, As per the reports she has abnormal karyotype with absence of one sex chromosome in all metaphases analysed indicating Turner syndrome, And currently undergoing thru Hormone Growth therapy in Jehangir Hospital,Pune. She required to go for the therapy and currently they need to takeHEADON 4 IU(Ranbaxy) Injection for 90 days and each injection costs around 1000/- and total therapy will cost around 1Lac.Family has spent almost 7 Lacs so far since past 3 years. All their savings and help from friends & relatives have been used for the therapy.She is now in immediate need of help.

Brother Yusuf Shaikh,age 56 years met with an accident on 27th Nov 2014 at Pune-Solapur Road,Pune.He was hit by a two wheeler and got severe injury in head.He was immediately taken to nearby hospital and kept for a day and then moved to Inlaks Budhrani hospital,Pune.He was operated yesterday and kept in ICU and will be under observation in ICU for 3 more weeks.Hospital has estimated around 5 Lacs for further treatment.They have paid around 65,000/- so far with their savings and help from friends & relatives.He is now in immediate need of help.
