New Cases:

Case 1:

Brother Amaan Momin age 17 yrs has both kidney damaged, only one is functional at 20%. Diagnosed at the age of 2 yrs, had three operation to remove the urine infection, the recent being in 2014. He is having frequent and severe urine infection and needs urgent kidney transplantation. Due to prolonged infection the adverse effects has impacted his physique resulting in lower growth rate and curving of both legs. His grandmother being a legal donor with matching blood group is willing to donate. The transplantation including pre-surgery treatment, Donor work up and follow-up treatment is estimated to costs Rs. 7,00,000/- of which no funds are at hand. Till date the family had spent lacs of rupees in past 15 years from their household and tailoring works. The family never had the capacity to go for full treatment and suffered for 15 years still no arrangements at place and doctors recommended a final 3 months for the transplant to be successful.

Family Background:

Brother Amaan is living in a slum with his mother and 2 younger brother and sister, the mother is tailor and only food earner of the family. The patient's father has passed away years back leaving the daunting task of bringing up the kids and meeting the recurring and unaffordable treatment cost on the only female member of the family. It has been 15 years the boy has survived the disease and the accompanied pain and has frequently been into depression for not being able to be normal or painless throughout his childhood. Since the beginning of the treatment the patient had multiple operations yet not cured but lost all there spending just to find out the infection has started taking toll on his physique in the form of curved bones and lesser physical development in disproportionate to his age. Going by the damage done already Doctors has recommended to conduct the transplantation in 2-3 months time or risk the complete Kidney failure along with permanent disability to the functioning of legs due to disfiguring of Bones. The family clearly cannot afford the treatment cost​, Please come forward and help them.

Case 2:

Sister Saniya Amin Shaikh age 11 yrs is diagnosed with Cancer. Doctors has recommended Chemo therapy sessions which will be followed by a surgery for the removal of the tumor. Patient is a small school going kid with no history of any infection. The doctor has prescribed 2 chemo sessions followed by a Surgery which would collectively cost Rs 2,00,000/-. The family can not afford the cost hence treatment never begin till date. As long as the Chemo sessions goes the prescribed Medicines will be Helpful but for surgery the full amount is required.

Its a family of 4 kids with the Patient being the eldest of them all with insufficient means where father being labor and only earning member. The kid is very young and has clear chances of full recovery and a healthy life to live if given required Medical assistance to survive the Cancer.

Family Background:

Sister Saniya shaikh is a very bright and talented student studying in a very remote town along with her younger brother and sister, Her father is a labor in the local Soda factory hardly make ends meet for the 4 kids along with the expenses of their education. Suddenly struct by the unfortunate occurrence to the eldest kid, the underprivileged family has taken aback with the financial and medical challenges came along with it. Left with no saving and Idea about the befallen disease the family reached out to seek help and came in contact with us. Being illiterate and unaware of the supportive charity program the family have neither applied for any scheme nor expecting any help from any corner. Given the sudden nature of Cancer and the urgency it creates for the treatment the family is in desperate need of Helpful hands to facilitate a timely treatment to the patient. Case 3:

Sister Mahek Shaikh age 10 yrs has been diagnosed and treated for Anemia for past 6 months and her treatment will continue as her Biopsy report came out Negative dated 14th Feb. She had to had several tests and observatory treatments for exact diagnosis which caused the farmer family 60-80k so far and the actual treatment requires financial Help.

Family Background:

Sister Mahek is the youngest among 3 kid's farmer family. Being educationally backward and lack of medical expertise available in the locality the patient underwent multiple treatments and tests including Bone marrow at various local clinics as the doctors predicted the presence of Cancer until the family moved to Sion Hospital, Mumbai to conduct a full biopsy which ruled out cancer and the Anemia treatment is suggested to be continued. During the process the family has spent all that they had and clearly cannot afford the treatment cost​, Please come forward and help them.

Case 4:

Brother Mohammad Anwar Age 44 has suffered an accident resulting to an impact to the vertebrae which left his nerves compressed from past 2 years. Since then he is unable to work and on medication to relax the compression. Doctors has suggested an Operation in coming month to stop excessive medications which could cause TB in near future. the estimated cost of operation would be Rs 2,00,000/- in total. The family has been managing treatment cost from public funds and applied for some Govt and private organisational schemes but got rejected. Now they are in no position to afford the Operational cost and reached us to assist them.

Given the expertise required for the operation the patient needs to move to Mumbai which further complicates the physical and financial challenges.

Family Background:

Brother Muhammad Anwar is a construction worker living with wife and 3 young Daughters. Unfortunately 2 years back he slipped while on work which caused gap and compression in his vertebra, since then he is unable to rejoin work and had to live on medicines to relieve pain leaving family with no source of Income whatsoever. The remaining female only members of the family is finding it hard to cope up with basic needs, kids education and house rentals forcing them to plead for help at various venues at different locations. In the past some people came up-to help with little finances while the wife of brother Anwar has approached Mantralaya for Govt help and was asked to file the documents and visit various offices but got rejected multiple times even after full assurance. Update on past cases

Alhamdulillah, we were able to assist small new & follow up cases & paid total INR 3,00,958/- from last email dated 5-Jan-17 to till the date.

Case 1: ​Brother Asif Hungund is discharged from hospital and going thru Ayurvedic treatment from now on, we have paid 45,000/-INR from our side for clearing pending hospital bills.

Case 2: ​Brother Wasim Moholkar is still going thru Medications and we are supporting all his monthly medicines expenses of INR 10,000/-.

Case 3: Brother Irfan Jalil Pathan is Successfully operated and still in recovery phase,we have given 70,000/- INR from our side.

Case 4: Brother Salim Mulla is still going thru Chemo cycles,we have helped him with 15,000/- INR for his first chemo cycle and will be supporting for his next cycles and surgery as well In sha Allah!
