Case 1:

Brother Asif Hungund age 24 yrs is suffering from Obstructive Hydrocephalus since childhood but diagnosed 2 weeks back. He has underwent 2 treatment in last week itself for Clot and liquid removal alongside the brain membrane and need to conduct a Major operation in coming week. The operation is estimated to costs INR 2,50,000/-. The family had no savings and spent INR 1,70,000/- borrowed on loans @ 3% per month interest rate. Now they reach out for our help to afford the final Operation costs.

The expenditure is moderate and family is already fallen in the Interest trap and has no further arrangements of any magnitude to fulfill the complete cost of the treatment.

Family Background:

Brother Asif Hungund is a bright and only learned member of the family, recently BBA graduated looking ahead for a hopeful future to carry the struggling family into decent life before hitting to an unknown childhood clot in the brain. His father being a mechanic managed to earn livelihood and educate both his son. One of the son discontinued education and joined a mobile shop as a Salesman to support the patient's higher education. After coming to this sudden medical challenge the family had no savings and opted for a Loan from a friendly money Lender at a monthly interest rate of 3% to meet the treatment cost. They are not much aware about financial assistance through Govt schemes and NGOs hence no resources are in place. They cannot afford the treatment cost, Please come forward and help the family.

May Allah make bring the family from this adversary all the while saving from the Evils of interest!!! Aameen!!

Case 2:

Brother Wasim Mustak Moholkar aged 30 years is suffering from a very rare condition of Wilson Disease. In this disease Brain, Eyes, Bones, Kidney, Liver, Blood Etc gradually gets weakened leading to death in 2 years if untreated. He is been diagnosed and under treatment from past 4 years. The treatment consists of daily De-coppering Medicines for lifelong. The Capsules (CILAMIN-250), routine tests & consulting costs about INR 10,000/- per month for the rest of his life. Since its an on going treatment, the estimated costs is impossible to measure but no one time big amount is required either.

The other injectible treatment is available in Australia which the patient is no capacity to plan. The patient lives alone and feeds on people's charity while begging around the streets and manages his treatment from the same with no significance support from family and any NGOs as of today.

The expenditure is huge but no one time payment is required and can be afforded in installments.

Family Background:

Brother Waseem mustak Moholkar was a Talented National Karate athlete winning many national & international titles under his belt. He is been from a very poor background but started to making his mark and heading for a bright future ahead prior to this infliction. Since the disease started taking toll over him, he lost all his strength and sources of earning. As the health deteriorated his Wife parted ways along with his 2 kids. Now he has become so weak that he has to turn to begging in the streets to meet his foods and medical needs. Living with other poor relatives on shift basis. He has ran out of medicines from past month and desperately needs our Help to continue his treatment.

There is no one in his family who can take care of his needs, he is all on his own. May Allah make it easy for him in this Duniya and hereafter!!! Aameen!!

Case 3:

Brother Irfan Jalil Pathan age 23 yrs had Kidney failure- CKD with ESRD (Renal failure) diagnosed few months back. He is on Dialysis and needs urgent Renal transplantation. His mother being a legal donor with matching blood group is willing to donate. The transplantation including pre-surgery Dialysis, Donor work up and 1st year follow-up treatment is estimated to costsINR 3,80,000/- of which Rs. 66,000 has been collected from Masjid and other charities. Till date the family had spent up-to INR 2 lacs/- by selling a plot they owned and exhausted all their financial capacity. Now they are stuck with the limited amount and seeks our Help for the remaining sum.

The patient had to have regular Dialysis until Transplanted which is adding significant expenses to the already marginal funds. Desperately waiting for Help to initiate the surgery and begin the Post renal transplant follow ups.

Family Background:

Brother Jalil Pathan is a student from a small village in Beed district and was about to take his first Job to share the responsibility with his driver father before being diagnosed with Kidney failure. The patient's father managed to get married his 2 elder daughters and was left with only a little piece of land as his last savings. Since the beginning of the treatment the family has suffered a lot not just in terms of finance but lost of opportunity, loss of dignity as they have collect charities from Masjids across their home town. Not being able to meet the treatment in Beed they had to shift to Aurangabad which further added worries to the Woes especially to the mother who herself is in her advance age. After coming through all these they are still short of the major amount of treatment and desperately need Financial assistance of any kind. The family clearly cannot afford the treatment cost, Please come forward and help them.

Case 4:

Brother Mohd. Salim Mulla age 61 yrs is diagnosed with 3rd stage Mouth Cancer in November 2016. He has had 1 Chemo session done out of 3 cycle regime which will be followed by a full on surgery for the removal of the tumor. Patient has no history of any harmful addiction. The doctor has prescribed 3 chemo sessions followed by a Surgery which would collectively cost INR 2,40,000/- (Chemo- 13,000x3=40,000 + Surgery Appr INR 2,00,000/-). The family could only afford 1st chemo cost and generating money from family and friends to conduct 2nd session on scheduled date. As long as the Chemo sessions goes the prescribed Medicines will be Helpful but for surgery the full amount is required.

This is a limited family with limited means with only one sibling to look up to who is not established yet and are in serious need of Medical assistance to survive the Cancer.

Family Background:

Brother Salim Mulla is a small time daily worker picking random work to make the ends meet. Unfortunately fallen victim to Cancer though he never had any harmful addiction of any kind. Having left with no savings his only son is unable to make up the daily medical expenses and In fact was financed by a colleague for the 1st chemo session. Ever since he is seeking loans from friends to cope up with the requirement but with little luck. Being unaware of the supportive charity program the family have neither applied for any scheme nor expecting any help from any corner. Given the sudden nature of Cancer and the urgency it creates for the treatment the family is in desperate need of Helpful hands to facilitate a timely treatment to the patient.
